Position Overview: Our client is seeking talented individuals at various experience levels (Associate, Vice President, and Managing Director) to join their Structured Credit team. The ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in private specialty finance and a keen interest in various sectors within structured credit (Consumer, Fintech, Litigation Finance, etc).
Responsibilities:
• Assist in or lead the analysis, structuring, and execution of credit transactions across multiple sectors.
• Conduct or oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Support senior team members or manage and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative financial solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance investment strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Structured Credit division (for senior roles).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred for senior roles.
• Relevant experience in structured credit or specialty finance:
• Associate: 2-4 years
• Vice President: 7-10 years
• Managing Director: 12+ years
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Leadership and management skills for senior roles.
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and innovation for senior roles.
